Remarks: This is a superb two dinosaur egg clutch, putatively from an Oviraptor, meaning ''egg robber''. Oviraptors laid their eggs in nests of a dozen or more eggs. This egg has been painstakingly prepared with microair abrasion by perhaps the best dinosaur egg preparator in the U.S. in process that took many hours. This cleaning process is needed to fully reveal the beautiful egg shell you see here.
